So lets walk through the steps involved.
Step 1: Starting a Project

b) Make a payment using your Credit card, Debit card or your PayPal account. You will then be taken through the normal online purchase yadi yadi yadah that includes your billing information email address.
c) Once the purchase has been completed, literally 10 seconds later, you will receive an email containing a download the “Starter Pack”. The Starter Pack contains several necessary documents such as detailed instructions , templates to help you structure a good video storyline as well as answers to most FAQs. At this stage you are now in the Directors chair and in full control of a Hollywood blockbuster.
Step 2 : Getting Ready
a) Whilst you work through the templates, we will setup and create your very own “Dropbox” folder for your project. Dropbox is a cool software for collaboration on projects and allows users to create and share folders located “in the cloud”, meaning you can access the folder from any computer connected to the internet. Each project you purchase will have a uniquely coded folder so there will never be a mix-up, regardless of how many projects you are working on. b) Once you receive the email with the Dropbox link, you’re ready to start dropping files for your project by uploading them to the cloud. Project files can include image (.png or .jpg) and music files (mp3 or wav), video clips (.mpeg, .mp4, .wmv), logos and icons, basically anything you want to include in your video.
c ) Once you have uploaded all the files, you simply let us know so we can start work on the masterpiece !
Step 3 : Making the Video
a) As soon as we receive the “go ahead” from you, we will create the Video Shooting Script or VSS for your video, which is basically an outline of the slides and images and how these will be used to tell the story in the final video. This is a good opportunity for a sense check and to ensure spellings as well as the order of the messages are all to your liking before we start the video production. Any amendments required will be swiftly made until we get your approval.
b) On your approval, we’ll get cracking straightaway with the video shooting, editing, formating and production.
c) On completion, we then deliver your “oscar nominated” blockbuster directly to your Dropbox and depending on the video package type chose, upload the video to YouTube and other video sharing websites.
d) Next, simply sit back and watch the traffic and conversions soar through the roof !
