Q. So what do I actually get when I make a purchase ?
A. Literally 10 seconds after your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your STARTER PACK. As the name implies, the creation of your video masterpiece starts here. The Starter Pack will guide you through the entire process of making a rocking video. Our aim is to make this process as painless as possible. In fact we want to make it painless, period.

Q. How long does it take to make the Video?
A. The duration is entirely dependent on how fast we receive all the necessary initial documents outlined in your STARTER PACK, and the subsequent approval of the Video Shooting Script (VSS) from you. The VSS is Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) to you is 24 hours to deliver the VSS or Finished product respectively.

Q. Where can I play my Video?
A. On your PC, Mac, Website, YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo…. basically any computer equipped with video playback software.
Q. What’s the Video Format ?
A. The default format of our videos is mp4. We can however produce to a specified requirement of your choice such as wmv . The m4v (ipod / iphone) is an added benefit extra format only available on the Pro (The Blockbuster) package .
Q. I haven’t received my emails. What should I do ?
A. Check your junk mail or spam folder. You may want to add our domain anything@blogvideohd.com to your “safe senders” list to make sure no email gets zapped as spam. We will never spam you.
Q. Can I choose my Own Background on my Slides?
A. Yes, simply add it to your Dropbox folder as a jpg, png, gif or Powerpoint file.
Q. Can I choose my own Video Background ?
A. Only the 16 video backgrounds provided on the Video Style Picker are currently supported. We hope to increase this with time.
Q. Can I use my own Music on my Video?
A. Yes. By all means, we require the audio files to be in an mp3/wav/AAC format. You do however need to be aware of the applicable licensing and /or copyright laws / requirements. You can save yourself the hassles by accepting to use any one of our +1000 music clips that are all licensed .
Q. What should I do if have no Images?
A. We have thousands of royalty free images to use for your project. You simply inform us when you complete the Video Storyboard Template.
Q. Can I just point you to my Blog Post URL and you create a Video from there ?
A. Absolutely yes. We can create a Video Shooting Script (VSS) from just visiting your website and /or blog posts.
Q. Will the Video have Narration?
A. No. Narration is a special skill that requires additional resources such as Voice Overs and additional script writing skills, all of which pushes UP the cost of producing the video. Our videos use carefully selected music, an equally powerful medium to grab attention. Music is the backbone of YouTube!
Q. What Size Images and Resolution should I use?
Images must be in JPEG, GIF, TIFF, or PNG format and no larger than 10MB in size and ideally at a resolution of 1280×720 pixels or higher. Lower resolution images will still work, however they may not look as good.
Q. Can I include some Video Footage and clips to be part of my video?
A. Yes. Any video format will do, as long as the video duration is no longer the maximum possible length of the video package you have chosen.
Q. What do I do If I ‘m not happy with the Video?
A. Though our Video Shooting Script (VSS) approval process is exactly geared to minimise these incidents, we treat and resolve all customer concerns with urgency. We first of all want understand what you’re unhappy with before proposing and making changes to the video. We will not rest until you are 100% satisfied with your video.
